Mallorca is the road-cyclist's paradise — and October to March is its quiet training season, with mild air, empty tarmac and the Serra de Tramuntana to yourself. Sa Cabaneta sits in the flat-to-rolling centre of the island, so you can spin out to the mountains or the Pla in any direction.
